Prayer
Prayer has been emerging and growing as one of our priorities at Bath City Church for a number of years. We want to rest in and act out of the presence of the Holy Spirit and create and sustain a base line prayer life that underpins and strengthens the mission of the church. Without prayer we are not going to achieve the call of God on our lives.
In addition we have regular times of corporate prayer & fasting, teaching and encouraging, with visiting speakers, a leaders’ prayer retreat and the involvement of our church family children.
Prayer House
The Prayer House at BCC has a life and vitality of its own. Based in an almost circular room high above the central auditorium,the team live to worship and serve the High King of Heaven, praying His presence and favour into the life of BCC, and acting as a catalyst for the prayer and worship that resonates through every aspect of life here.
The Prayer House is open every day for personal prayer and devotion, and we run a schedule of prayer throughout the day Monday to Wednesday 8am to 5pm. Our eventual aim being to fulfill a longstanding dream to establish a 24/7 house of prayer. |
