Kara shares some insights and practices for sustaining emotional health, so relevant at this time, below.
In addition, we are running fortnightly well-being zoom calls at the end of the morning meeting starting 24 January 2021 and continuing fortnightly. We will be using this time to learn how to take care of our mental and emotional health. We will spend approximately 45mins together from the end of the meeting to receive spiritual and practical teaching on how to connect with these topics in our lives. We will end with meditation and prayer to ground us in God’s love.
