Sunday 25 October 2020, 7pm - 8pm. Doors open at 6.40pm.
We are sorry but there will be no admittance after 7.15pm.
Inspired by 2 Chronicles 5 where we read of the priests and musicians praising God together in unity and adoration, we’re seeking to gather together for the purpose of praise, prayer and the breaking of bread, unified by being in His presence together.
There will be socially distanced seating between households. As a result, our overall capacity is reduced and pre-booking is strongly advised. We are sorry but if do not book, you may not be able to attend this event.
You must wear a face covering and will be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival and departure. There will be a one way system in the building. On arrival you will be shown to your seat and we respectfully ask you to stay in that seat from arrival until departure. We ask you to read our full guidance before booking. Thank you.
Booking will close at noon on Friday 23 October 2020 (or earlier if we have reached capacity). We look forward to welcoming you back to The Forum for our second Union meeting.
How many people from your household (or bubble) are attending together?
Please supply the names of all those coming with you (no need to repeat your name) from your household (or bubble). You will be seated together and will not be socially distanced from one another:
Can you help? (Sorry to disappoint but we have had so many offers to serve that you will have to wait until next time!)
Already agreed to serve? Tell us where!
How many wheelchair spaces are needed?
Is your preference to sit at the back of the auditorium?
Is your preference for a quieter section of the auditorium?
We will be filming this event, and this will include some shots of the congregation, to use to promote future Life Church Bath events through social media and on our website. Do you give permission to be filmed in this way and for this purpose?
I have read and understood the guidance for this event.
Please be aware that if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (high temperature, new continuous cough, loss of smell or loss of taste) or you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and are self isolating you must not attend this event.
