Church Weekend Away 2024
2nd - 5th August, Lox Lane Shaftesbury
We're so excited to spend time together as a church family at our weekend away in August! This year we're heading to Lox Lane in Shaftesbury with options to camp, rooms to stay in if camping isn't for you, plus the option to join us for the day on Saturday/Sunday if you want to join the fun without staying over! We'd love for you to join us.
Please read the information below carefully before booking. Please note early bird rate ends on Sunday 30th June. Prices will then increase for late bookings.
Saturday & Sunday (Church On Location):
If you can't stay the whole weekend you are welcome to join us for free on Saturday and/or Sunday for the day.
Please let us know you're coming by registering via 'Step 1' below.
Please note, if you would like to join us for meals on either Saturday/Sunday you will need to purchase an additional food ticket below via 'Step 2' to cover the cost of food and facilities.
Booking:
Please note there are two steps for booking your place on the church weekend away.

Step 1 is to book your camping/room ticket or your Saturday/Sunday visitor ticket. Prices are per tent/room, therefore if you are sharing with others you only need to purchase one camping ticket.

Step 2 is if you would like to join us for meals either for the whole weekend or on Saturday/Sunday. Food is not included in your camping/day ticket, therefore a separate food ticket needs to be purchased via Step 2 if you would like us to provide your meals.
